These Berthe Aux Grands Pieds colored heel and toe knee-highs are vanished entirely with Lycra and knitted with a non-compressing ribbed hem.

With a high shaft that reaches below the knee, they'll stay perfectly in place on your legs without compressing them. These knee-highs are made from high-quality, colorful silk of controlled origin.

Fantastic, this material is said to be air-conditioning: the socks are cool and light in summer and warm in winter. So you can wear them to your heart's content all year round! Hand-tied without seams, this finish is particularly meticulous and appreciated.

The heel and toe are reinforced with a highly resistant Nylon foam yarn, resulting in a sturdy product that lasts much longer. These knee-highs are also knitted in progressive tightness, ensuring a perfect fit between calf and ankle when worn.

As the silk used is sensitive to friction, the heel caps are reinforced to prevent the silk from coming into contact with the shoe's counter. The mesh is worked in a honeycomb pattern with alternating vertical stripes, adding transparency.
