The cap is inspired by the famous model worn by Jacques-Yves Cousteau, nicknamed Captain Cousteau.
Worn by the explorer and his crew, this little red cap is a reference to the uniform worn by former Toulon prisoners. They were sent to test the first prototype spacesuits and wore the now-famous bonnet.
